Main goal achieved
Regan rocked up at our house this morning/noon and took me for a drive. He took me to Yanchep National Park which is north of Perth and also to the beach which was just beautiful. 90 miles of just pure white sand and water that looks like its from a travel brochure.
Due to my obsession with koalas we had to see the koalas in the park first. What can I say? I'm even more obsessed now. They are just absolutely adorable and I wish i could just put one in my bag and take it home! One of the koalas was trying to climb down the tree and got his foot stuck in a hole. I nearly jumped over the fence to rescue him!! The poor thing, it was so much stress he had to go right back to sleep when he got it out again.
We then got some sandwiches and sat down somewhere on the grass. Some roos hopped by and lay next to us.... how unreal is that?

Things I learned today:
-black swans are only native to WA
-there are ducks in Perth that look like Gonzo
-Foo really does snore!
